I have 25 years of experience in the fitness and endurance sports industry as
an athlete, trainer, and coach. During that time I have had the opportunity to work with, and learn from some of the best
athletes and coaches in the industry. Having earned a Ph.D. in Human Performance, I also have a formal educational background
to go along with my practical experience.
philosophy is that ALL training programs should be client-centered and not simply based on what’s presently working
for the general fitness population. Each and every training program is designed to meet the needs of the specific individual,
and consists of customized workouts to ensure that his/her personal goals and objectives are being addressed. In order to
ensure that I can provide the attention that each person requires and deserves, I only work with a limited number of clients
at any given time.
